Dear Unit Leaders,

As you may know, our team at NOLSW/UAW Local 2320 holds the National Joint Council (NJC) every eighteen months to bring together members from across the country. This gathering strengthens our union by providing opportunities to develop skills in workshops, engage in discussions on important topics, and debate key union issues.

This year, we are excited to convene in Maryland from July 20 to 23, 2025. We are especially thrilled to host this conference in person for the first time since 2019, and we truly hope you will be able to join us! 

We are excited to organize a Lobby Day in D.C. in response to the challenges posed by the current administration. The Lobby Day will be an opportunity for members to meet with lawmakers and advocate for policies that directly impact legal service workers and the communities we serve.
