The Legal Services Staff Association (LSSA 2320) will be informational picketing outside Legal Services NYC’s offices on Monday afternoon from 3 to 5 PM, before their final three bargaining sessions with LSNYC on February 25-27. Join them in solidarity!

LSSA has lost over 150 staff since 2021’s contract campaign because LSNYC wages lag behind those of sibling legal organizations. Fair wages mean higher retention and better services for our clients. Management takes big raises while staff struggle to keep up with the cost of living. That's why LSSA is demanding 15%/8.5%/9% raises over three years—and a $62,000 salary floor for lowest-paid staff.
