CAP does not tell anybody how to vote.

    CAP does not force union members to contribute to it.

    CAP does not use dues money for contributions to federal candidates.

    CAP does not forcemembers to take part in its programs at their local unions or in their community.

    CAP cannot do any of these things...and it would not want to anyway.
